Through a blend of osteopathy and therapeutic massage, your body is guided back into its natural alignment. Osteopathy focuses on restoring movement and balance within the body. Reiki is a subtle energy healing method that activates your natural ability to heal and rebalance. Everything flows intuitively- nothing forced, nothing rushed. The session closes with the soft vibrations of Tibetan sound healing, bringing you into a state of deep calm and inner stillness. This is where the shift happens: Clients often describe feeling deeply connected again-lighter, clearer, and more in tune with themselves. Emotional blocks begin to release.
